Rivadavia council proposal would restrict gambling ads near schools and sports clubs

Rivadavia councilman Cristian Morales initiated a proposal to limit online gambling and betting advertising near places where children may be present, including schools and sports clubs. The proposal is under review by the Commission of Legislation and Constitutional Affairs and would apply municipally if approved. Separately, a proposed decree linked to San Juan’s online gaming law has been approved by the provincial Social Action Fund’s administrative council and sent to the economy ministry for review.
