Rio Grande do Norte plans Lotern launch in first half of 2026
Rio Grande do Norte’s Finance Secretariat said the state lottery, Lotern, is expected to begin operating in the first half of 2026, initially offering fixed-odds betting. The Secretariat said a notice for accrediting operating companies is expected by the end of December 2025, with commercial operations to be delegated through permission contracts and accreditation.
