Licences & markets

The Rio Grande do Norte government authorised Lottopay Tecnologia Ltda. to operate fixed-odds betting through Loto Potiguar, according to a report. The five-year contract was published on 1 July 2026, but the company must complete technical and administrative checks before operations can begin; no launch date has been set.

Lottopay must clear state checks before it can accept bets, while the open accreditation process allows other operators to apply.
