Relax Gaming recognition letter enables supply to Anjouan-licensed casinos

Regulation

Relax Gaming International Ltd holds an Anjouan B2B recognition letter, issued on 14 November 2025, that recognises its licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and allows it to supply games to Anjouan-licensed sites, the report said. France’s ANJ said the online casinos identified in France are prohibited there and that French law provides no basis for B2B supplier licensing or supervision. The reporting also said the KSA faces a similar oversight gap in the Netherlands.

The reported arrangement raises questions about supplier oversight where operators are prohibited but B2B licensing is unavailable.
