FDJ United plans review of digital betting and gaming portfolio

Deals & M&A

FDJ United plans to review its online betting and gaming portfolio, a process that could lead to exits from some markets or asset sales, the company said in its first-half 2026 results. CEO Stéphane Pallez cited higher gambling taxes among the pressures on performance; first-half EBITDA fell to €404m from €441m a year earlier.

A portfolio review could lead to market exits or asset sales as higher gambling taxes weigh on performance.
