In brief

Johan Svensson said the group intends to use €1.3m of free cash flow for investment. Cash generation is earmarked for paying down the bank facility and for ongoing investment in core markets including Sweden, Denmark and Italy. For those markets, the plan includes growing "industry and sport media" and building up "commercial capability within SubAffiliation".
Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 was €1.2m, compared with €1.3m in Q3 2025, and unchanged from Q2 2026. Revenue from continued operations again fell year-over-year, from €6.2m in Q3 2025 to €5m this year.
Raketech's management links most of the lower revenue to winding down the Paid Publisher Network, which sits in the DisAffiliation segment. Q3 was also held back by weaker revenue in the non-core markets of the Affiliation Marketing division. Revenue had dropped across several successive quarters, and the company responded by starting wide-ranging cost optimisation measures. Johan Svensson, the Chief Executive Officer, said: "We continue to adjust the cost base in line with the current size of the business and our strategic priorities."
