Quigioco wins omnichannel operator award at EGR Italy Awards 2026

Quigioco received the Best Omnichannel Operator award at the EGR Italy Awards 2026. The jury recognised the integration between retail and online, the outlet reported, citing continuity of identity, loyalty and payments across the customer experience.

The project centres on a network of 136 points of sale, plus PVR (Punti Vendita Ricarica) recharge points across the territory, alongside the partner network and the Quigioco.it platform. The outlet reported that the point of sale keeps a central role in the customer relationship and, through tracked acquisition, continues to benefit from the online activity of customers it acquired. A shared customer profile and an omnichannel VIP Club operating in shops and PVRs support recognition and a single loyalty path, with totems enabling registration and customer recognition in stores and APay EWallet, the ADMIRAL Pay tool, integrating payments between retail and digital.

Results presented to the jury for the period from August 2025 to July 2026 were reported to show growth in the VIP Club and in the value generated by its members, together with wider adoption of APay E-Wallet. The outlet reported that customers recognised in store and online remain more loyal to the brand.

Davide Diodato, Managing Director of HBG Online Gaming (Gruppo NOVOMATIC Italia), said the award recognises work building a connection between the company's local presence and the digital experience. He said omnichannelity starts from people and the relationship each point of sale builds with its customers, and that points of sale will increasingly be the heart of customer loyalty.
