Licences & markets

PointsBet said it remains on track to launch online sports betting and casino in Alberta before the end of 2026. The operator reported Canadian revenue of A$20.9m for the six months to 30 September 2026, up 3% in Canadian dollars year on year, while its segment EBITDA loss widened 82% to C$6.7m.

An Alberta launch would expand PointsBet’s Canadian reach, as its Canadian segment reported a wider EBITDA loss.
