Deals & M&A

PointsBet reported group revenue of A$186.6m for the nine months to 31 March, down from A$188.4m in the prior-year comparative period. The company recorded a statutory loss of A$26.6m, while revenue fell 4% in Australia and rose 13% in Canada. PointsBet said MIXI Australia acquired a 66.4% controlling stake in September 2025 and that its results will be consolidated into MIXI’s financial statements from 1 October 2025.

Investors can compare PointsBet’s falling Australian revenue with Canadian growth and its controlling owner’s consolidation plans.
