PlayCity opens Ukrainian state lottery licence tender
Ukraine's gambling regulator, PlayCity, announced a competitive tender for state lottery licences on 1 December. The licences will be the legal basis for issuing and conducting state lotteries and require electronic reporting, according to the regulator. Applications are due by 29 December; applicants must have three years' market experience, capital above UAH30m and no association with Russia.
Lottery applicants must satisfy PlayCity’s eligibility conditions and electronic reporting requirements to compete for state licences.
