PH Resorts hands Donatela Resort to Land Bank after foreclosure proceedings
PH Resorts Group said its subsidiary Donatela Hotel Panglao Corp permanently closed Donatela Resort & Sanctuary in Bohol on 30 September 2026 and handed possession to Land Bank of the Philippines. The property had secured the subsidiary’s loan obligations and was subject to extrajudicial foreclosure; the subsidiary had not yet received the official Certificate of Sale.
The closure removes another resort asset from PH Resorts Group as its restructuring continues.
