Century Entertainment broadens Philippine gaming platform network ahead of trading deadline

Deals & M&A

Century Entertainment said it is expanding its network of accredited Philippine gaming platforms as it seeks to resume share trading in Hong Kong before 25 December 2026. The company said a September investment bought it a 5% interest in an unnamed company holding a PAGCOR GSA licence; required corporate and regulatory procedures remain incomplete. It reported Konphil’s unaudited GGR at HK$86.9m for April to June.

Incomplete corporate and regulatory procedures leave the investment and trading-resumption plans subject to further steps.
