Enforcement & compliance

Source: Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PA)

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved four consent agreements imposing fines totalling $180,000 on Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Wind Creek Bethlehem and YFS Sub. The penalties address underage access and unlicensed staff at Greenwood, KYC failures linked to fraudulent withdrawals at Wind Creek, and an unapproved change of control at YFS Sub.

The penalties put operators and a fantasy contest provider on notice of Pennsylvania compliance requirements.
