The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved two consent agreements at its 29 April meeting, imposing fines totalling $15,000. Play’n GO New Jersey LLC was fined $10,000 for failing to obtain approval for a change of control, while Valley Forge Convention Center Partners was fined $5,000 over an employee theft and asset-protection failure.

The fines set out compliance consequences for a supplier’s ownership change and a casino operator’s asset-protection failure.
