Penn seeks Nevada technology-related licensing for M Resort

Licences & markets

Penn Entertainment is seeking a Nevada licence to develop and use more in-house technology at the M Resort, according to the report. Its existing licence does not allow it to customise reports for its cashless wagering system, which is being expanded to table games. Nevada Gaming Control Board chair Mike Dreitzer said the board was willing to work with Penn on bringing newer technology to the market.

A licence change could let Penn customise reporting and expand its in-house cashless system at the M Resort.
