Paulina Núñez proposes prison terms of up to 15 years for illegal betting
Chilean Senate President Paulina Núñez has proposed an amendment to the online gambling bill that would impose prison terms of up to 15 years in aggravated cases. The proposal also provides for fines of up to 10,000 UTM, corporate criminal liability and court-ordered permanent blocking of sites and apps used for illegal betting.
