The Oregon Lottery said it has received the World Lottery Association’s Level Four certification for its Responsible Gambling/Safer Play programme for a third consecutive time. The certification runs for three years; the lottery said it first achieved the level in 2018.
The three-year certification recognises the lottery’s responsible gambling programme and its player-protection measures.

Oregon Lottery sports betting reached $926.9m in 2025, reportedly, up 7% from the previous year. The total dipped in December.
Oregon Lottery proposed a rule making retailers financially responsible for Scratch-it tickets in their possession, including tickets lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. The proposal exempts defective tickets and those damaged during shipment, delivery or dispensing; retailers would have 48 hours to report lost or stolen tickets. Written comments are due by 30 January 2026.
The Oregon Lottery reported sports betting revenue of $15.5 million for November, up 30% year on year. The figure was described as a record.
Oregon Lottery said it will transfer more than $887 million to the state for the financial year ending 30 June 2025. The amount is about $60 million below the previous year, largely because administrative savings recorded in 2024 did not recur; it includes $9 million in unclaimed prizes.
The DC Office of Lottery and Gaming said its total regulated gaming transfer to the District's General Fund rose to more than $51.8m in fiscal year 2025, the highest level since 2017. The agency said it also achieved Level 2 Responsible Gaming Certification from the World Lottery Association.
