Esports betting supplier Oddin.gg has launched BetPeek, a tool that lets users view game action from different perspectives, the company said. Co-founder Marek Suchar said the feature is designed to give bettors more control over how they follow matches.

It was reported that Oddin.gg secured licences in Kansas and Wyoming. The approvals permit the company to supply its esports betting products in both markets.

Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis has registered 35 operator sites at various approval stages ahead of the province’s planned 13 July online gambling launch, according to the report. Operators named include bet365, FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, BetRivers, theScore Bet and Betway; the report also names technology and content suppliers preparing to serve the market.
Oddin.gg said it received a sports betting vendor licence in Maryland. The company described it as its seventh North American licence and said it would add to its existing market access in Arizona, New Jersey, Colorado, West Virginia, Ohio and Ontario.
Oddin.gg appointed Martin Lycka as vice-president of institutional affairs, the company said. Lycka will work with regulators, policymakers and industry bodies as Oddin.gg seeks to expand into additional regulated jurisdictions; he previously held regulatory roles at Entain, GVC Holdings and Paddy Power Betfair.
