Uganda’s National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB) said its chief executive, Denis Mudene, joined regulators at a SiGMA Africa Summit session on gaming oversight. Exploration of common standards and reporting could shape future oversight for operators across African jurisdictions.
