NIGC appoints William Kirkland to three-year commission term
The National Indian Gaming Commission appointed William “Billy” Kirkland to a three-year commission term, the agency announced. Kirkland will continue as Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs at the Department of the Interior, and NIGC Associate Commissioner Sharon Avery said his background would support the agency’s work.
