People moves

The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) appointed Dr Jim Walker to its board with immediate effect, replacing Charlie Parker after his six-year term concluded. Walker will serve as one of two member-nominated directors representing the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association, Racehorse Owners Association and licensed personnel, the BHA said.

The appointment gives racing owners, breeders and licensed personnel representation on the BHA board.
