NGCB advances Nevada problem-gambling reference change for commission review

Regulation

Nevada’s Gaming Control Board approved an initial proposal to replace a National Council on Problem Gambling reference in Regulation 5.170(2) with Nevada-specific resources. The board said the change would update the helpline and assistance information; the proposal is due before the Nevada Gaming Commission on 22 October.

Operators may need to direct customers to updated Nevada-specific problem-gambling assistance if the proposal is adopted.
