The Indiana Gaming Commission said a study on relocating gambling operations has been submitted to the State Budget Committee and is available for public review. The study was required by legislation to be completed by 1 November and is intended to inform future legislative and regulatory decisions. The commission also outlined how it would accept inland casino licence applications if voters in specified counties approve casino gambling.
The study and county-vote conditions inform future decisions on casino relocation and potential licence applications.
