New Hampshire Lottery extends DraftKings sportsbook contract through June 2028
The New Hampshire Lottery Commission extended DraftKings’ exclusive sportsbook contract through 30 June 2028, exercising the first two-year option. The revised terms raise the promotional-deduction cap for retail betting from 10% to 40% of gross revenue, while the mobile cap remains 15%; DraftKings will share 51% of mobile and 50% of retail gross gaming revenue with the state.
The extension preserves DraftKings’ exclusive position and changes the promotional deductions allowed under its retail contract.
