Nevada Gaming Control Board seeks immediate reports on Black Book patrons
Nevada’s Gaming Control Board recommended regulatory amendments requiring casinos to notify the Board immediately when they identify a person on the Black Book, the report said. The proposal would end the requirement to notify law enforcement as well, but would not require casinos to detain the person; the Nevada Gaming Commission was asked to approve the changes.
Casinos may need to update procedures for reporting identified excluded patrons if the proposed amendments are approved.
