Nevada Gaming Control Board proposes faster casino alerts on excluded patrons

Regulation

The Nevada Gaming Control Board proposed requiring casinos to notify it promptly when they encounter someone on the state’s exclusion list, reportedly. The proposal would end printed lists in favour of the online version and would not require casinos to detain people; casinos would still have to remove them.

Casinos may need to change how they check exclusion lists and report encounters to Nevada regulators.
