Nevada court order makes Kalshi block sports, entertainment and election contracts
Nevada’s First Judicial District Court granted the Nevada Gaming Control Board a 14-day temporary restraining order against Kalshi, requiring it to block sports, entertainment and election contracts in the state. The order runs until 3 April, when a further hearing is scheduled; Kalshi said it disagreed with the restrictions and would comply while contesting them.
The order temporarily bars Kalshi from offering three categories of contracts to users in Nevada.
