Nebraska voters to decide on online sports betting measures in November
Nebraska Secretary of State Robert B. Evnen confirmed that two petitions on online sports betting met signature requirements, sending separate constitutional and regulatory measures to voters in November. The petitions gathered 138,473 and 96,918 valid signatures respectively; the proposals would limit online betting to licensed racetrack operators and contracted platform providers.
The vote could determine whether Nebraska permits online sports betting and set conditions for eligible operators and platforms.
