Nebraska certifies online sports betting measures for November ballot

Nebraska’s Secretary of State’s office certified two initiatives for the 3 November general election ballot, where voters will decide whether to legalise online sports betting. One measure would amend the state constitution and the other would set a regulatory framework; if both are approved, existing racetrack casinos could offer online betting directly or partner with sportsbook operators.
