Navarra’s gambling-activity tax receipts totalled €3,080,667 through December 2025, down 5.92% year on year, according to figures reported on 23 February 2026. Tax on prizes and lotteries brought in €823,844, a 64.15% decline from 2024.

Navarra's draft budget for 2027 includes gambling among the areas covered by its tax revenue, according to the draft budget documentation. The documentation puts revenue from gambling fees at approximately €10.96m, with about €60,000 more expected from the sale of bingo cards. The figures are to be checked against the final official breakdown of the budget and its accompanying documents.
Navarra’s Foral Police carried out 1,608 gambling-related inspections in 2025, according to the region’s annual gambling report. The inspections led to 220 reports and the direct detection of two breaches; private gambling tax revenue fell 2.6% to €14.2m from €14.58m in 2024.
Valencia and Navarra reportedly apply a general 20% tax rate to betting, but calculate the taxable base differently. Valencia sets a minimum base of 30% of stakes, while Navarra taxes the difference between stakes and prizes; traditional pilota valenciana bets held at the sport’s venues are subject to a 1.5% rate.

Extremadura’s budget execution data showed €4,930,581.88 in net receipts from the online Gambling Activities Tax by 30 September 2026, against a full-year forecast of €3,800,000. The region also recorded €16,300,753.40 in land-based gambling fees, 78.5% of its €20,750,000 annual estimate.
The Junta de Extremadura had collected €21.23m in gambling-related taxes by the end of Q3 2026, according to budget execution data published by the Intervención General. The figures are closed at 30 September.
