Regulation · SectorWire deskSource published 1 min read

Navarra has published Orden Foral 74/2026, which updates the list of tax models that may be paid by direct debit in the region, and gaming models remain on the list, according to the Boletín Oficial de Navarra. The order is dated 2 October and was signed by economy and finance councillor José Luis Arasti. The bulletin published it on 20 October.

The new annex keeps the gaming sector models: J-10, the fiscal tax on gaming through the operation of machines or automatic devices; J-20, the fiscal tax on gaming in bingo halls, quarterly; J-50, the fiscal tax on raffles, tombolas, bets and random combinations, in the betting part, quarterly; and 763, the tax on gaming activities, for annual or multi-year activities. Models 136 and 230, the special levy on prizes from certain lotteries and bets, also remain listed.

The source gives no statement from the regional government or from gaming operators on the order, and no appeal status or deadline.
