Murcia updates bingo rules and authorises two electronic formats

Regulation

Murcia’s regional government published Decree 164/2026 in the regional official gazette on 18 September, revising rules for bingo and the games catalogue. The decree regulates electronic bingo and electronic bingo in bingo halls, while removing automatic bingo as a separate format. It also sets guarantees of €72,000, €50,000 and €30,000 for first-, second- and third-category halls, respectively, and €30,000 for electronic bingo distribution networks.

Bingo operators must meet new format, technical and guarantee requirements under the revised regional rules.
