MGCB sends 12 cease-and-desist letters to offshore gambling operators
The Michigan Gaming Control Board sent cease-and-desist letters to 12 offshore operators over online casino-style games and sports betting offered to Michigan residents in violation of state law. The named sites include 31 Bets Casino, Betnuvo, BetPhoenix and xWin90; authorities may take further enforcement measures against entities that do not comply.
The letters warn offshore operators that continued offers to Michigan residents may lead to additional enforcement.
