MGA disclaims links to 12 gaming sites in September

Enforcement & compliance

The Malta Gaming Authority said it had no connection with 12 gaming sites identified during September 2026. The regulator said references on those platforms to the MGA or purported licences it had issued were false and misleading, and advised consumers to check whether a provider is authorised.

The MGA warning helps consumers and operators identify sites falsely claiming regulator links or licences.
