Meridianbet said it completed its acquisition of Fairbet in Malta on 2 February, gaining full ownership of operations in Malta and Gozo. The deal adds nine retail locations, taking Meridianbet’s local total to 20, and brings Fairbet under its brand.

Visualize said it completed its acquisition of eCOGRA after receiving customary regulatory approvals and clearances.
