Maryland Lottery and Gaming says its Instant Ticket Lottery Machine programme now includes fraternal and sororal organisations following House Bill 328 in 2025. As of February 2026, 89 veterans’ posts had machines, and the programme had contributed more than $64 million in total profits to participating posts since its September 2014 launch. Veterans’ groups retain 50% of net proceeds, while fraternal and sororal groups retain 25%.
Eligible organisations face different proceeds shares under the expanded programme, which also excludes specified counties.
