Marina Bay Sands reported adjusted property EBITDA of $590 million for Q3 2026, down 20.6% from $743 million a year earlier, according to parent Las Vegas Sands' earnings release filed on 21 October. Net revenue at the Singapore resort fell 9.9% to $1.29 billion.
Casino revenue came in at $916 million, a 14.9% decline, and the EBITDA margin was 45.6%, 6.1 percentage points thinner. Mass table drop grew 12.6% to $2.87 billion, yet the share retained dropped to 18.7% from 24.5% in the prior-year period. Slot handle was $6.54 billion, up 2.1%, and slot hold stayed at 4.4%. Premium gaming rolled $8.43 billion, 7.1% less, and its win rate slipped to 4.53% from 4.84%. Daily table wins per unit came to $17,920, down from $21,380.
Las Vegas Sands estimated a $4 million EBITDA gain had rolling chip hold equaled its theoretical 4.6%. A year earlier, rolling hold that ran above theory had boosted EBITDA by an estimated $43 million.
Hotel revenue rose to $162 million from $154 million, with occupancy of 95.8%. The average daily rate was $1,038 against $982, and revenue per available room was $994. F&B revenue rose to $104 million, while mall revenue was broadly flat at $70 million.
In the first nine months of 2026, Marina Bay Sands recorded net revenue of $4.16 billion, up 4.4%, while adjusted property EBITDA fell 2.3% to $2.07 billion. Moody's maintained a stable outlook for Las Vegas Sands, the source said.
Las Vegas Sands as a group posted net revenue of $3.22 billion and adjusted property EBITDA of $1.12 billion, compared with $1.34 billion in the same period a year before. Macao added $529 million, a quarter in which gross gaming revenue across that market slipped 3.8%. The company repurchased $950 million of its own shares during the quarter and lifted its recurring dividend for 2027 by 20%, to $1.44 per share on an annual basis.
Capital expenditure at Marina Bay Sands for the quarter was $121 million. A delayed draw term loan facility set aside for the resort's expansion leaves $4.57 billion available, Las Vegas Sands said. Chairman and CEO Patrick Dumont called the Singapore result solid even with the earnings decline, and drew attention to the expansion, which is to add suites and an arena that the company aims to make the region's top entertainment venue.
