Marina Bay Sands posted adjusted property EBITDA of $590m in Q3 2026, a 20.6% decline from the $743m recorded a year earlier. The Singapore property's net revenue came in at $1.29bn, 9.9% lower year on year, per the earnings release for the third quarter that Las Vegas Sands, its parent, filed on 21 October. Its EBITDA margin contracted by 6.1 percentage points to 45.6%.
Casino revenue, the biggest contributor, was 14.9% lower at $916m. Non-rolling chip drop climbed 12.6% to $2.87bn, and slot handle was up 2.1% at $6.54bn while hold held at 4.4%. Luck at the tables was the weak point: the win percentage on non-rolling chips came in at 18.7%, against 24.5% a year before. Rolling chip volume was down 7.1% to $8.43bn, and the win rate on rolling chips slipped to 4.53% from 4.84%. Table games win per unit per day declined to $17,920 from $21,380.
Had rolling chip hold been in line with the theoretical 4.6%, the quarter's EBITDA at Marina Bay Sands would have been $4m higher, Las Vegas Sands estimated. The prior-year comparison ran the opposite way, with above-theoretical rolling chip hold adding an estimated $43m to EBITDA.
Non-gaming lines moved higher. Room revenue came to $162m, up from $154m, with occupancy at 95.8% and the average daily rate rising to $1,038 from $982. Revenue per available room was $994. Food and beverage revenue increased to $104m, while mall revenue was roughly unchanged at $70m.
Across the first nine months of 2026, net revenue at Marina Bay Sands was 4.4% higher at $4.16bn, even as EBITDA for the period slipped 2.3% to $2.07bn. The resort's capital expenditure in the quarter amounted to $121m. Las Vegas Sands also disclosed $4.57bn of availability under a delayed draw term loan facility designated for the MBS Expansion Project.
For the group, net revenue reached $3.22bn and consolidated adjusted property EBITDA was $1.12bn, compared with $1.34bn previously, with Macao contributing $529m. The company noted that the broader market saw third quarter casino GGR decline 3.8%.
Patrick Dumont, chairman and CEO, called the Singapore quarter one of "solid financial performance" and highlighted the expansion under way, saying it will add suites and an arena intended to make the property the region's top entertainment venue. During the quarter the company repurchased $950m of its own shares and lifted its recurring dividend for 2027 by 20%, to $1.44 per share annually.
Ratings agencies have previously cited the resort's cash generation as a key support for the group, with Moody's keeping its LVS outlook stable despite the development pipeline, according to the release.
