Source: Lotteritilsynet (Norway)

Lotteriitilsynet says broadcasters seeking to offer radio or TV bingo must hold a broadcasting concession and obtain prior approval before applying for a bingo permit. Prior approval is required when annual turnover exceeds NOK200,000 and costs NOK2,000; the concession must have been in use for six months before applying. Permits can cover turnover of up to NOK7m per station annually.

Broadcasters must meet concession, approval and reporting requirements before offering bingo.
