Loto-Québec said Fennica Gaming’s online casino games and eInstants are now entering the Quebec market under a content deal. Fennica is a wholly owned subsidiary of Veikkaus.
The agreement adds a named supplier’s online casino games and eInstants to Loto-Québec’s Quebec offering.

Veikkaus said its latest restructuring will eliminate 15 roles and create 17 positions across two business units, its Data & AI division and finance teams. Discussions on affected roles and new appointments are expected to last about three weeks as the operator prepares for Finland’s planned market opening in July 2027.
Veikkaus reported H1 2026 profit of €234.2m, up 2% year on year, and said it will pay about €1bn for a ten-year exclusive lottery licence in Finland. The payment is front-loaded during 2026, according to the company, while Finland's online betting and iGaming market is due to open to competition on 1 July 2027.
CasinoCanada research estimated Stake’s Canadian market value at CAD2.50bn. The research assessed 301 gambling brands and ranked Stake first, stating that it held no provincial licence. It cited Blask’s August 2026 estimates of CAD712m in offshore wagers and CAD484m through licensed operators.
Fennica Gaming has launched its games in Italy with Brightstar Lottery, in Ontario with Betty Gaming and in the Netherlands with Gaming1’s Circus.nl, the company said. The Italian launch covers its eInstant portfolio, while the Ontario deployment is its first in that market; Fennica said it had previously received a B2B licence there.
EveryMatrix has established a dedicated lottery division to develop digital technology and products for the sector, the company said. The unit will offer numbers games, pool sports and eInstants, and Nikolina Gabelica will lead it as managing director. EveryMatrix said it has existing lottery partnerships, including with Szerencsejáték Zrt, Norsk Tipping, Veikkaus, OPAP and Danske Spil.
