Light & Wonder reported full-year 2025 revenue of $3.3bn and net income of $276m. The company said revenue rose 4% while net income fell 18%, with a $128m charge for the Dragon Link settlement contributing to the decline; annual adjusted EBITDA reached $1.44bn.
The settlement charge reduced reported net income despite growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA.

Morningstar Equity Research considers AI a limited threat to Aristocrat and Light & Wonder’s land-based gaming businesses. It cited licensing, regulatory relationships and installed machine bases as protections. Morningstar estimated that the companies together supply more than 60% of leased gaming machines in North America.
Light & Wonder agreed to pay Aristocrat Leisure $127.5m to settle litigation over the Dragon Train game. Light & Wonder reported revenue of $824m for Q3 2026, down 2% year on year, while adjusted EBITDA rose 2% to $383m. The company said iGaming revenue increased 13% to $97m, but SciPlay revenue declined 24% to $173m amid continued weakness in the social casino free-to-play market. Light & Wonder also named Matthieu Labbat chief executive of SciPlay, replacing Josh Wilson, who stepped down on 30 October.

The gaming technology supplier said net income fell 37% to $52m, while adjusted EBITDA rose 5% to $327m; it linked the net income decline mainly to $50m in legal reserve contingencies related to legacy matters connected to compensation to Aristocrat.
