Light & Wonder said on 18 February that its iGaming games had gone live on Alberta’s Play Alberta platform. The company said the launch completes its rollout across Canada’s iGaming jurisdictions.
The launch adds Light & Wonder content to Alberta’s government-run platform ahead of the province’s planned commercial-market opening.

Greentube said it had entered Alberta’s regulated commercial iGaming market after receiving approval from Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis. The supplier began offering selected games to players in the province, whose market opened on 13 July.
Reportedly, DraftKings went live in Alberta on 13 July 2026 with more than 2,000 casino games and Alberta-specific betting markets. The launch came as 22 iGaming sites entered the province's newly regulated market, the second in Canada after Ontario. The operator runs casino and sportsbook through one account and carries lines on Alberta teams including the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames.
Play’n GO has made its games available in Alberta for the first time. The supplier said the entry is its third regulated Canadian province.
Incentive Games launched its first real-money games in Canada with Loto-Québec, bringing Crash and Arcade titles live in Québec. The games are available through an integration with Light & Wonder’s platform, the company said.
Gaming Corps has agreed to supply casino content to Loto-Québec’s online platform in Québec, with availability expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to the report. The selection includes slots, Blackjack and Plinko, and will be distributed through Light & Wonder. The parties did not disclose financial terms.
