Kansspelautoriteit issues guidance on operator contact with at-risk gamblers
The Kansspelautoriteit published guidance for Dutch gambling licensees on player contact and notifications concerning people at risk of gambling harm. The regulator said its 2025 information request covered 26 licensed companies; it agreed improvements with two providers whose notification policies were absent or inadequate.
