Jersey Gambling Commission appoints Barry Faudemer as chair
The Jersey Gambling Commission appointed Barry Faudemer as chair for an initial four-year term, the commission said. Faudemer previously led Jersey’s Police and Customs Financial Crimes Unit and served as an executive director at the Jersey Financial Services Commission. He will help address activity that could cause gambling harm.
The appointment puts a financial-crime specialist in charge of Jersey’s gambling regulator as it addresses gambling-related harm.
