The Jersey Gambling Commission reported on 23 September 2026 that the Financial Action Task Force had issued updated guidance on risks in gaming and gambling. The document analyses money-laundering, terrorist-financing and proliferation-financing risks and sets out recommendations and red-flag indicators.
