Japan police identify more than 3,000 illegal gambling web pages

Japan’s Internet Hotline Center identified more than 3,000 gambling-related web pages and posts aimed at Japanese residents between September and December, according to a media report. The center said fewer than 20% of more than 2,700 overseas operators it contacted had complied with removal requests; fewer than 40% of domestic providers did so.
