Italian lawmaker Rosato calls for one national gambling rule
Italian lawmaker Ettore Rosato called for a single national framework for gambling concessions, arguing that local rules create regulatory fragmentation. Speaking at an event on Italy’s unregulated gambling market, he also urged stronger sanctions against illegal gambling and said a decree awaiting publication in the Official Gazette could be followed by deregulation in some areas.
