International Entertainment targets Philippine gaming launch under 3% revenue-sharing deal
International Entertainment said it is targeting a late-August or September 2026 launch of online gaming in the Philippines with TGXI. Its subsidiary NCLI will operate the licensed service and receive 3% of gross gaming revenue, while TGXI supplies technology and receives 97%, subject to specified deductions; the initial games will be electronic casino products.
The agreement sets the parties’ revenue shares and assigns licensed operating and technology roles for the Philippine launch.
