Interblock Gaming announced Kay Oswald’s appointment as chief executive on 23 July 2026. The company said Oswald previously led KOHPA Technologies and held a North American operations leadership role at Technogym.
The appointment changes the leadership of a gaming supplier operating across international markets.

The World Gaming and Betting Alliance has appointed Maarten Haijer as chief executive, reportedly. The organisation, formed in July 2026 and based in Geneva, includes bet365, FDJ United, Flutter Entertainment and Entain, and plans to launch with its first industry report later this year.
Pavilion Payments announced that Mary Beth Higgins will become chief executive and Alyssa Beaver will become chief revenue officer, with both appointments effective immediately. Higgins joined Pavilion as interim CFO, while Beaver was promoted from senior vice-president of sales.
Reportedly, UK Tote Group has named James Coxon as its next chief executive. He will replace chief executive Alex Frost, who steps down at the end of 2026. Frost will serve as an executive director in 2027 before becoming a non-executive director.

Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) has appointed Mike Saunders as interim chief executive, replacing Ian Edwards, who plans to leave on 13 November. Saunders, currently chief wagering officer, is due to start next week and remain in the role until 31 July 2027, the RWWA board said.
Reportedly, Allwyn UK has appointed Phil Walker as interim chief executive. Walker previously worked as an executive at William Hill.
