BC Game has introduced Ali “Ako” Muhanned as chief executive officer, the company said on 27 October 2026. The company said the appointment builds on his longstanding involvement in its brand strategy, international partnerships and development, and gives him a more public role in the business.

BC Game said its new chief executive will steer the company through its coming stage of growth. According to the company, his priorities include earning greater confidence from players, enhancing how the platform works and steering expansion abroad. BC Game added that he will concentrate on upgrading its main casino and sports-betting offering, deepening ties with international partners and seeking responsible expansion into new markets. Community and entertainment are to stay part of this course, the company said, together with service quality and responsible gaming.

“For me, this is the next step in a business I’ve been deeply involved in for years,” Muhanned said. He said much of his work had taken place behind the scenes, working with the company’s people, developing relationships and helping shape its direction, and that he wants the community to have a more direct connection with him and a clearer understanding of what the company is building.

Muhanned said his attachment to BC Game dates back to its founding, when he was 19. He described the guiding approach as looking past the nearest campaign or announcement, taking decisions the company can defend, assembling a strong team and providing an experience that keeps players coming back. Turning to the commitments, he said announcements are not what create trust; rather, it comes from how a company acts when something goes wrong. In his view, players are owed clear answers, proper follow-through and a company that treats their experience as important.

Muhanned further stated that BC Game holds a clear ambition, and that he wants both players and staff to grasp where the business is headed. He described his own task as converting that ambition into steady gains — in the product, in the way the company handles problems and in the standards it applies throughout the business.

The company said players who want to offer feedback or join community discussions can do so by following @akofocus on X and on Instagram. Matters tied to a specific account should still go through BC Game’s official support channels, it said. The company also said that information on the dedicated escalation process will be released via official channels. Muhanned’s first live session is scheduled for Saturday, 7 November 2026, with the time to be confirmed nearer the date.

BC Game, which was set up in 2017, presents itself as a platform for online gaming that covers casino games, sports betting and entertainment built around a community. The company said it backs responsible gaming, and that its official website carries information on its operating licences and the player-protection tools it offers.
